I would love to see this as colored! Digimon is part of my childhood. :-)

I like how the paint style of it as digital painting can be hard. What I would do is to blend the paint a bit and have the hair start with its darkest color and use a stroking motion to create the strands while going above the color. Also try not to make the eyes white and add a bit of gray and pink so it can pop out like the rest of the color. Fantastic work though and I could see some Cerebella or peacock! :)
